Bug when I go from page to another

Hi.
There is a very annoying bug. When I am at the home page and I want to go to the "Film" or "Motion design" page, the menu doesn't show correctly right away. There is a bug ! It appear first and shortly vertically, and then 2seconds later at last normally ( the "Classic" layout I choose).
Why is there this bug ?
I give you the admin code so you can have a look by yourself.

This is not a bug, some JS or Css files are loading longer. Please first disable all plugins.

I solved it, it was one of my plugins ! Thank you very much
I would like to custom Back to top button but it's not easy at all, could you tell me how I can do it ?

The button is not customizable when it comes to the shape or icon, you can only change its location in theme options>footer
and colors in theme options>colors
