Muffin recent post error

When I hover my muffin recent posts the color doesn't go over anymore like it used to. I am not sure what I did wrong, but have checked most standard things. Can you guys help me?

    this could be cause by plugins, please disable them and see if it helped.

    Thanks for helping out! Just tried disabling all plugins but it doesn't resolve the issue either. But it's alright, it's not a big deal! :) We can try to debug it sometime ourselves, it was just if you knew the issue.

    It really looks like a cache issue, either is a plugin or a server side cache issue. Please disable all cache and plugins and delete browser cache.
