"Exposure" Theme: How do I revise a few portfolio settings?

I installed the "Exposure" theme, but I don't know how to change a few portfolio settings. How do I?:

  1. Remove the title name at the bottom (white part).
  2. Revise the text in the red bar without changing the title name; i.e. Title name to "Preview".
  3. Change the red bar to a different color or appearance.
  4. Change the animation when hovering over each grid in the portfolio.
