Pre-built themes not installing properly
Hi guys,
Thank you for the awesome themes you have! Love it! I'm having quite a problem here. I'm trying to create a blog from your one of your pre-built theme but can't seem to do so.
The problem i'm facing is that it doesn't install. Upon clicking install, the frame just went blank (no successfully installed message) and my theme becomes the default BeTheme theme (white and blue).
I had one success of installing (although the white BeTheme header still exists) but it turned out to be in my /home (i.e website.com/abc/home) directory instead of a level above.
I had issues with "404" message but that was rectified.
I've tried to:
- use other theme choices
- reset wordpress
- reinstalling the BeTheme
- reinstalling Wordpress (for a clean start)
all to no avail.
I seek your help to rectify this.

please go to your FTP, create php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us link to that file privately thru the contact form which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact so we can have a look on your server settings. The problem is probably related to limits but to be sure which one is the reason, we need that link.
