Modify icon hover effect
Hi,
In page mentioned below, I would like to modify Hover Effect on uploaded icons. Specifically, when the mouse is over the icon, appears a horizontal line on top which I want it either removed or placed under the icon or title.
If above not possible, can you please send me the css to deactivate the hover effect altogether.

you can change it by going to theme options>global>general and selecting the classic or simple style for the theme.
