Favicon Issue

hello, i am trying to change my Favicon image on appearance --> customize --> Site Identity --> Site Icon.. but some times i can see my favicon some times i can see "BE" blue icon

Hello,

please change the favicon in theme options>global>general. 

Make sure that you upload a .ico file.
