Issue on Galaxy Note 5

Hello! My client is trying to update their site on her Note 5. We can log in and select a page, but we can't edit any of the item boxes. The pencil icon won't open when touched (clicked). 

We are on WP 4.8.2 and BT 20.4.2 - I've tried to update to 20.7 but get an error every time, "An error occurred while updating Betheme: The package could not be installed. The package contains no files."

 Any ideas???? Thank you. :^)

Hi,

this error "The package could not be installed. The package contains no files." means that you have not deregistered the website before moving. Please deregister it on both domains and register again on the new one. If this is not possible then please send a request

Got'cha, yeah we just moved server so maybe that's the update issues...

BUT you didn't address the Galaxy Note 5 issue, that has been ongoing for months...

Just tried to deregister and it says:

Referer domain is different than registered domain. Please contact us using contact form on our Themeforest profile page.

I probably registered it when it was in beta domain...

Sorry but the builder and wordpress dashboard is ready for PC mainly. Some issues with mobile devices in the CMS are possible. Maybe try to install another browser on the device.
