Specify different background on mobile version of site

I have a fixed image background that Safari Mobile does not support, so I want to specify a background color for mobile sites only? Where is it called from? See http://jrodsystems.com for an example

this could be done with custom css only, and here is how:

@media (max-width:767px) {
body {
	background-image: url("YOUR IMAGE URL") !important;
	background-repeat: no-repeat;
	background-position: center;
	background-size: cover;
} }
