Plugin Installation

Hi There,

I have just started creating my website using the Be Theme template. Upon doing a network installation of the theme on my WP Multi Site blog, on the new site I am prompted to install all the recommended plugins. Some installed fine but some did not work, for example, a major plugin, Layer Slider did not work. When I click on the install plugins button, I faced this error "You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page."

It would be great if you can assist me on this issue.

Without this issue being solved, there's no way going forward as Layer Slider will be used a lot on my website.

Hi,

did you checked if this slider has not been installed after this message shows? Because we noticed similar situation in the past and except this message slider has been installed successfully.

I too just purchased this theme and added it. and when I try to install the recommended plugin Slider Revolution, I get the error "You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page".  I need this plug in for new site and can't seem to find answer online, etc.  Please help. As I need to have this site launched by Friday.

@NaomiGrange Because this problem is not related with theme, we re not able to help in this case. This is wordpress message and is related with issues on server side. Please take a look at https://www.google.com/search?q=You+do+not+have+sufficient+permissions+to+access+this+page+wordpress&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&gws_rd=cr&ei=En3tVLW0MoXPaIijgJAC where you can get more info about server settings.

@NaomiGrange  @gyverchang ; Did you find a fix for this? I have the exact same problem and have no idea what to do about it. I've tried googling the issue but can't find anything relevant that works. 

@muffingroup is there anything more specific you can suggest?

@carlysmith We do not have any other suggestions in this case because this problem is completely not related with theme.
