Hello, how can I make my header look like like this, I am presently using betheme, but i would like the header to be like the header of this website: https://www.oberoihotels.com/hotels-in-dubai/

Hi,

sorry but the third menu line will be not possible.

The closest you can get is going for the classic menu, with the action button on the right. Then enable action bar in theme options>menu&action bar>action bar.

You can place another custom menu in the right of the action bar by going to appaerance>menu>manage locations and replacing the top social menu.

All of the colors for the action bar can be set in theme options>colors,

What exactly should be transparent? You can change transparency in theme options>global>general.

In theme options if I use transparent header it won't align the way I want it to.

You can align the menu right in theme options>menu&action bar>menu
Other transparency options are not possible, you can only set the transparent header style in theme options>header&subheader>header
