Could you help me style the mega menu like Betheme's site?

I'm basically having trouble styling the megamenu to be full width, centered, and with similar padding to Betheme's site. If I had the same css styling as Betheme's site I'd be able to work from there. Is there a resource to help someone change the way this menu looks?

    Hi,
    the best sollution would be to install the 'splash' pre-built website on your server and see it for yourself.
    The mega-menu is pretty big and there is also some custom css added in theme options>custom css&js>css. Be sure to check it.
