Visual composer does not scroll. Sharing Fb no image

Hello, 
We are facing a strange problem with the visual composer because does not scroll, we need to use arrows to go up and down:
here I selected with the mouse the text and I went down, as you can see it highlight the text, we can see also it highlights the line below, but it didn't move down, also does not move down when using the mouse roller. The only way to move down is by arrows.
The second point, from yesterday, without making any changes on the website, we are not able to share the posts on Facebook with the image and we face this error:
The link works, but we can't see the image.
I tried to check any discussion on Google. I disabled all the plugins, but the problem was still there. I tried to use the WP Facebook Open Graph protocol plugin as you guys advised to another user in a discussion but still, I cannot see the image.
