Insert custom HTML tag into #Top_Bar

Hi, 

Is it possible to do this without creating a child theme?

I want to add a phone number that only appears when the top bar is sticky, but I can't find a way to insert my HTML into the top bar section.

HI,
yes you can but if you do it it will dissapear on theme update so it is better to use a child theme.
We do not support theme file changes so we cannot be of any help to you.
