Installing Theme Plugins

Hi everyone,

I just purchased the Be Theme and had trouble installing the plugins from the theme.

I am trying to install this theme on a website that is hosted on a Unix Server.

The FTP information requested when I tried to install the plugins I entered did not work as it should, probably because there's no option for SFTP (SSH FTP)?

Please advise how I can proceed with this issue, thank you!

Hi,
sorry but you will have to contact your hosting provider to solve this issue, we really have nothing to do with the hosting enviroment. If he doesnt help you then we will try.
