Remove white bar above picture/menu

can you please tell me how i remove the white bar above the menu/picture, already tried different things in betheme options and searched in the forum but didn't find any solution so far. Thank you in advance,

this is the content padding. Either edit the page and remove it in the page options
or go to theme options>global>advanced.
