Be Theme - Events Calendar Pro with Event Tickets and WooCommerce

We are using the Be Theme and are having some issues with Events Calendar Pro. Specifically with the tickets created.
When not using the Be Theme, we can set ticket fields to mandatory, ex. First Name, however when using the Be Theme, we can not set any fields to mandatory as we receive an error “Please fill in all required fields” even if they have already done so.
We have opened a ticket and worked with support from The Events Calendar and have determined it is an issue with the Be Theme.

This is business affecting and we need some help.
