changing hover colour for link in footer widget

Hi guys,

I need some help with changing the styling for widget.

I have a footer widget with a link 'members forum' but I can't change the hover colour, so it's not obvious enough that it's a link.

you can use this css to target it

#text-12 .textwidget a:hover {
	color:blue !important;
}
