How to build the "welcome" section from "Theme" pre-built option

I have installed the pre-built website theme options from the "Theme" option (http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/) over an existing site/content, but I'm having trouble figuring out how to replicate that blue background "Welcome" section.

I have tried all of the options in the header/subheader BeTheme options section and I can't find a place to edit the text and add subtext like in the demo. I have also tried adding various items to the page options, but I can't find any full-width text over image options that look like that section looks in the demo.

I know I can add custom CSS to force this, but I want to make sure I'm not missing an obvious place to create the look before I do that.

    Hi,
    this is the revolution slider.


    From the version 20, we have introduced a new way of installing sliders. Now, when you install a pre-built website, the slider is imported automatically. You can also import them without installing the pre-built website.

    If you do not see this option, please make sure that revolution slider is installed and active. Also, the version of your theme must be 20.0 or more.
