Hi,

I just downloaded the BeSpa theme on my website youandmetime.com I don't know where to go to edit the demo content and the photos. Right now, the demo is showing the demo content. Please let me know step by step where is it that I'm suppose to click to edit with my own information and photos. Do I need special coding for this?
