all items can be added within Muffin Builder or shortcodes. It depends on you how you want to do this.

i want to show blog slider with content in fulldwidth mode (like the revolution slider or layer slider).

The only Blog Slider item we have at this moment you can check on http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/shortcodes/loops#blogslider but with today's update we also added new style for this slider what you can see on http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/fashion/ (first slider next to "Hot blog posts" words).
