Featured image not in Post (portfolio)

Hi, 

i am using portfolio posts within my website and i don`t want featured images to be shown within posts automatically. I`d prefer to add images independently. 

Is there a way to deactivate automatic display of these featured images? 

Please take a look at this example:

i added an image within muffin builder, so you see two versions of this image.

HI,
sorry but we do not offer a feature like that. The images are featured automatically. Ofcourse you can not add a featured image at all.
