Hi,

how can I switch off the social icons? Doesn't fill in it's not enough.

Hi,
simply go to theme options>social and leave the fields blank.

What do you mean by further ideas? If you remove the social links then the social icons will not appear.

Have a look, the fields are blank:

Please show a screen and a link to your website and point to which items are you reffering too because we think you do not mean the footer social menu.
Also there is a password to your website.
