transparent menu that can be filled with solid colore on hover

dear theme i am using your transparent menu in theme options.

could it be possible to remove the transparency and replace it with a solid color ONLY on mouse hover?

Sorry but this is not possible just with css. You would also have to write custom JS.
Unfortunatelly we do not support custom code and theme files modification here so we will be unable to help you with this issue.
