Header on all pages cannot be removed or add text.

The sub header cannot be removed from the BeTheme options, and their are no options on the muffin builder to remove them or add text for the heading space on top of all pages.

please go to theme options>header&subheader>header and change the minimalist option to "minimalist without header space"
