I mean the Element called "List", see the 3 red icons under Our Value section of i-access.net

How to increase font size ??

You can use the paragraph tag with the class "big"
Just use it like this <p class="big">Your text</p>
Then go to theme options>fonts>size&style and change the font size of the p.big element.

I only added 1 layer of text, then when adding Object arrow (svg I think), it cannot show up and if turn Hover ON, the slide of pic will disppear
