Revolution Slider Error

I install pre-built website internet, and appeared 

Revolution Slider Error: You have some jquery.js library include that comes after the revolution files js include.
This includes make eliminates the revolution slider libraries, and make it not work.

To fix it you can:
    1. In the Slider Settings -> Troubleshooting set option: Put JS Includes To Body option to true.
    2. Find the double jquery.js include and remove it.

I can't find Troubleshooting set option, have any pictures let me know how to do it?

please make sure that wordpress,plugins and betheme are all up to date.

yeah, them are all up to date, but still the same

Disable all plugins including cache plugins, why are you using cache plugins when you are building the website?
Also do not mimify JS files.
