Calling Visual composer styles on every page

I added classes from visual composer to the header and footer but they don't work without adding visual composer to the page content. 

Is there a way to add the visual composer style sheet to every page?

Hi,
you have to have visual composer loaded on the page, otherwise the css will be not loaded and the classes will not work.
