Jump Point Tabs dont Work

on my Site hundehaftpflichtplus.de i use the Table of Contents Plus Plugin but the Jump Point to the Tab dont work. For example if you Press on 9.0.1 Welche Leistungen sind wichtig ? you dont jump to the Tab. Is this a Problem of Table of Content or of The Tab ? Can you help me ? Thanks for you help Mike

Sorry, but we did not test this script/plugin with the theme. Our policy states that we do not support third party plugins or custom code so unfortunately, we cannot be of any help to you.
