Header and categories

Hi there -- 

I'd like my categories to flow upward so they are aligned with my logo when people scroll down my page (as seen in the Press demo page: http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/press/). Currently a new blue box pops down and kind of gets in the way of the content when people scroll down. 

How can I make my categories flow up to align with my logo? Site is towsonflyer.com
