Change Sticky Header Color

Hello.
I would like to ask, how can i change the sticky header color, when i scroll down (sticky header appears, but want to customize my own color)?

For Example:

http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/pole/ - Sticky Color is black, 80% visibility

Hi,

you can do it using below css:

#Top_bar.is-sticky { background: #000 !important; }

And if you want to get transparent color, then you must use RGBA colors instead of HEX.
