Error unzipping package

Hello,

I purchased BE theme from envato market, when updating the Visual Composer plugin i receive an error that says "error unzipping package" how do i resolve this. i have searched through the discussions and can not find a solution.

Hi,
please check your betheme dashboard and see if the zip archive is enabled on your server,

also send a screenshot of the error you are getting.

hello - yes the zip archive is enabled and has a check mark next to it.

We update the plugin. You need to disable plugins before you update them.
