Two Blogs Within the Same Wordpress Website

Hi,

1) Is there a way to have two separate blogs within the same wordpress website?

example: website/blog1/post-title

and website/blog2/post-title

2) Is there a way for the 'Followers' to only receive automatic emails only from blog1?

Hi,
sorry but blog is a custom post type and there cannot be 2 blogs on one wordpress installation.
