Can't use purchase code

Hi,

I can't enter purchase code in "Theme Registration".

Error message is:

"Purchase code already used. Please deregister purchase code and remove theme folder on: [websiteurl]"

 

The other website is another BE|theme license, NOT the new one I just purchased.

Now, in the old website I can't find the field to remove any code... So I can't register the new domain.

Can you help me?
