Is it possible to change the order of content in mobile?

I duplicate a row and I used visibility.

It's possible to use flex in this cases?

Do you advise some technique?

Hi,
sorry but we cannot really recommend anything. Flex is fine but it is not supported by IE and we cannot use it, sadly.
