Muffin Builder missing on all pages

We installed a prebuilt site and when we open the pages, the entire section with the page data is not there nor is Muffin Builder.

What would cause this?

Hello,

It was the residual divi builder causing the problem.  The theme had been disabled but apparently their builder requires a separate de-activation.
