Access to prebuilt websites denied!!!!

i buy my theme, install but I do not get the options to load pre-built themes. I have all the premises and everything is correct. Install a new wordpress in a subdirectory and if the options appear. I need help fast because I am sorry to have bought your theme .. When I try to access the dashboard using the Pre-built option, the following message is displayed: "Sorry, you do not have permission to access this page."

please make sure you register your license key in betheme>dashboard, then you will be able to install pre-built websites, update the theme and install plugins. See screen: http://prntscr.com/hst2r1

Please go to theme options>global>advanced and enable pre-built websites because you have probably disabled them.
