double language in main menu

Hi, in my website http://www.catanianoleggioconconducente.it/ I want to delete the language switch on the extreme right side

How can I do?

I want to mantein only fixed 2 flags (italian and english)

go to theme options>header&subheader>extras and disable the 'top right bar'
