Activation code and uses?

i`m web developer, so my clients need a preview for their pages. obviously in my server so if i use my activation code in my root, can i use in other pages inside the domain like www.domainname.com/example1, www.domainname.com/example2, www.domainname.com/example3.Also in my main domain www.domainname.com??

HI,
only if you would use a wordpress multisite, but then you will not export the website.
You would have to use a key for each installation.
