Change Item & Font colour (HTML?)

Hello Guys,

I want to change the font colour in some sections (also headline colour). Is that possible without changing the general headline colours?

Also I want to change the colour of the title of "icon Box". How is that possible? Thanks.

(Kontaktmöglichkeiten should be white (it´s H3) / "E-Mail" (Title of icon box) & "..@shotage.net" (Content of Icon Box) should be white)

HI,
you can set the heading colors in theme options>colors>headings.
If you want some help with custom css please send a link and explain which element you are mentioning.
