Urgent: website problem qith last Wp update

my site is no longer visible after you upgrade to WordPress 4.1.1.

What could have happened? How can I restore it?

we completely have no idea what happened because this is first time when we see something like that. And this is definitely not because of theme. In this case we recommend to upload wordpress files via FTP.
