Betheme options not working

Hi I'm install betheme after that I click betheme option but options not showing

Please go to your FTP, create a php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us a link to that file privately thru the contact form which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact so we can have a look on your server settings. The problem is probably related to limits but to be sure which one is the reason, we need that link. Hello also my Betheme option does not work anymore :-(

I do not know why that can be :-(

I have disabled all plugins, but unfortunately it does not work :-(

what do you mean by all plugins, there are lots of plugin which is also bundle pack of recommendation with betheme, like layer slider, revolution slider , contact form, pls clearify, I also followed the procedure you mention above,

By disabling/deactivating all plugins we meant all plugins. We do not know what you have installed in your wordpress and it may cause the options not to show.
Your PHP settings look fine, try updating wordpress and betheme to the newest version.
