Vertical Parallax for line

I would like to know how to set vertical parallax for one line.

I've seen this in Impreza theme but I did not had the same settings in VC.

Hi,
in the muffin builder you can set the parallax background image when editing the section. Just add a background and in the position option select 'parallax'

Hi, 

yeah I got this. But that wasn't the problem. The question was and is if you can set a parallax with a still background-picture. So an effect where the background is set and you just scroll over it (without moving the picture behind).

Yes, this is the normal parallax effect, you can also use it in our muffin builder in the section options.
A parallax is a still image that is not scrolling, in theory. In practice the image is scrolling but at the same time it is pushed back up with css.
