Align 2 rows with different columns to the middle

How can I align the 2nd row to the middle? I want to keep the 2nd row column size to 1/4 so that the size of the flatbox is the same as the 1st row.

sorry but this is not possible to do, not with block elements and especially not on responsive.

Hm..okay.

May I ask, how can I put what I built on WP Bakery to appear before Muffin Builder?

I keep selecting it to appear "Insert AFTER current content builder" but Muffin Builder keeps appearing before what I build on WP Bakery.

You can set this option in theme options>global>advanced, the display order is there.
