Some of my image didt appear

 I've input the code accordingly along with the visuals, but somehow it failed to show up in the live version. It was all fine last week, until I checked again this week and somehow some of my visuals are not showing up eventhough it's all in the code.

cause i already replay all your column [] to <> only can word, means i need to custom code, means whole template image column not working

So what you are saing is that <img src="" /> is working fine but the shortcode [image src=""] is not working at all?

It may have something to do with the image name, yours is very long and contains a lot of unwanted characters like dots. Please change the image file name first and try again.
