Menu is not showing correctly in some resolutions

Hello,

The website mybodyclinic.gr is not showing the main menu correclty on small resolutions (1400px width). The first element of the menu is cut from the logo and when you scroll down, all the menu items are transparent. 

I have made a user for you since the site is in maintenance mode :

user : demo

I made some cahnges in the layout.I fixed the problem with the menu(cut and showing transparent) but now I can't press the submenus now (in small analysis)
