you mean like using click to chat, send a message? Click to Chat works on both your phone and WhatsApp Web. To create your own link etc follow explanation on Whatsapp: https://faq.whatsapp.com/en/general/26000030

In my case - it helped.

In your case with telephone number should be:

or you can combine with some text like: I'm inquiring about the apartment
