Theme Changes are not instantly updated

Hello,

I just bought and installed the BeTheme and now I have the problem that the changes that I make are not immediately updated. It takes like 10min and it's impossible to work like that.

Any ideas how to fix that? With the other theme I used before I didn't have this problem.
