I am not able to download the BeTheme from ThemeForest anymore

To The Support Team of BeTheme:

Please, i am not able to download my purchased item (BeTheme - Responsive Multi-Purpose WordPress Theme) from ThemeForest.net anymore. Each time i try to download it, i am ending up with a "404 Not Found" page error.

When i try to access the file from the downloads tab, i get the error message of: "Download not available".

Your help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

we don't need any license key because this is not related with us. You probably reached limit of downloads (themeforest allow only to download 50 times) and in this case you must contact with Envato support team because we are not able to help in this case.
