I am trying to customize the grid filter text on this page so that the wording 'I want to _____' appears left of the category selections, so it's if as though someone is selecting one of those options at the end of the sentence. Is that possible?
I'd also like to change wording from 'All' to something different. Is that possible?

you can translate some text in theme options>translate.
Others are not changeable and you would have to use some translation plugins to edit the language files.
