Action bar and social media icons
I was cleaning up old images and accidentally deleted the images for the action bar and social media.
Reinstalling the theme is not an option unless it won't affect my existing pages, posts, etc.
How can I re-upload those images?

the social media in action bar are not images but icons so you couldnt have deleted them
You either have no links set in theme options>social or you disabled the action bar in theme options>menu&action bar>action bar.
